  10. Wow! That's really cool! I like how you managed to put a blurb in because I have seen posts that have got no blurb at all! It really makes me think of the first time I went to an school assembly. Next time, you could maybe make the blurb a bit longer and put in a bit more detail. did you ask the whole school how they felt about this? I also really liked how you used SISOMO (which is sight sound and motion) by using the video and some text. so basically, This post is amazing.

  12. Hi Junior Hub my name is Antonette and I am a year 6 student from St.Bernadette's school. I really liked the way you told the readers what the awards said and how you inserted a photo beside it. Next time you could put a little sentence saying what the presenters said or did. I hope you had a good time!

  13. Hi Junior Hub, my name is Dion and I'm a Year 6 student from
St. Bernadette's school. I really like the way the assembly had the song 'School is NUMBER 1'! Because you reminded me about when I was a kid and I sang about school is number 1. Maybe next time you could check one of your sentences in slide 4, it didn't quite make sense. I really enjoyed when you sang a song and you showed the people who got the awards. I will be looking forward for more of your work Junior Hub.

Letter of the Week

This year we are doing phonics in our homerooms. Kiwi class looks at two letters and their matching sounds every week. Weka and Pukeko classes work together on one letter of the week. Each week we have a letter of the week wall where we display all the things we can find that begin with our letter of the week. Last week our letter was H and we had some fun having Harlin Haines wearing a hat on our h wall. Too cute not to share! This week our letter is J so get your thinking caps on Weka and Pukeko classes, what words do you know that start with J?
