Check out Mikayla doing her Play Based Learning. Here she is getting creative and making a squishy balloon face, what a fun idea!
In the Junior Hub we've been using many different apps. We used book creator to make a book during reading time. Two groups were working on sounding out the words we get stuck on. Every time we come to a word we don't know we just have to get our mouths ready to say the first sound. The other group was hunting for high frequency words and this time it was the word 'the'.
Wow that is very creative Mikayla! I wonder what you put inside your balloon and was it very squishy to play with when you were done?

Hi Mikayla, I think your balloons look super cool. They remind me of the characters in the Little Miss books. Do you know the books I mean? Did you create a play with them? Keep sending through photos because I love to see what you are doing.
