Alasdair has been keeping pretty busy in his bubbles. He has been enjoying playing with his lego and going on walks and bike rides. Alasdair has also been helping his dad with some metal fabrication work and restoring an old car. He has also been spending lots of time on reading eggs! Keep up the awesome things you are doing Alasdair. I can't wait to see you again soon as I have so many questions to ask you :D
In the Junior Hub we've been using many different apps. We used book creator to make a book during reading time. Two groups were working on sounding out the words we get stuck on. Every time we come to a word we don't know we just have to get our mouths ready to say the first sound. The other group was hunting for high frequency words and this time it was the word 'the'.
It definitely looks like you are getting out there an enjoying this nice weather Alasdair! You are looking super awesome on your, your helmet makes it look like you're on a motorbike. I bet you can go super fast on it :-) Thanks for sharing Alasdair, it really looks like you're having a really fun time!
ReplyDeleteAlasdair you look like your having so much fun on your bike. I bet it's nice that there aren't as many people out driving on the roads to worry about when biking. You also sound like you are jamming a whole lot of fun and learning into your days. Well done we are proud of you and I bet Dad loves having an extra set of hands to help too!
ReplyDeleteKia ora Alasdair. It is nice to see that you are doing so many cool things during lockdown. I am glad that the weather has been nice so you can get out on your bike. I am really interested in seeing what the restored old car looks like.

ReplyDeleteIt is great to see you have been busy doing your learning as well as many fun things. You must be learning lots of skills from your dad by helping him with his metal fabrication work. I would love to hear about them when we can see each other.
