Jordynn had an amazing day for the first day at level 3 today. I wonder if you can tell where she got to go this morning? Then she found her objects to order from shortest to tallest. Before finally creating her amazing castle. I love seeing that her little sister Bailee was working with her too and made her own castle! They both look fantastic :-)
In the Junior Hub we've been using many different apps. We used book creator to make a book during reading time. Two groups were working on sounding out the words we get stuck on. Every time we come to a word we don't know we just have to get our mouths ready to say the first sound. The other group was hunting for high frequency words and this time it was the word 'the'.
What an exciting way to start level 3 Jordynn. I wonder what you ordered? It looks like you were doing some cool maths with your toys. Did you make up a story to go with your castle?
ReplyDeleteKia ora Jordynn. These are great photos. What a good idea sorting toys into height order. I wonder how your McDonalds was. What a great photo with the golden arches in the car mirror.
ReplyDeleteI spotted the familiar looking letter 'M'! Hope you enjoyed it! I like the idea you did your Maths learning using your toys. Your castle looks great and tall. I wonder who lives there. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHi Jordynn, That looks like a fantastic day with an excellent start. Well done to who ever took the photo at Mc Donalds it is very cool. I like your castle with the unicorn on the top, it looks like somewhere a princess would live.

Jordynn how exiting you went to McDs, what did you order? Your creations are great and I love ow you are working with your little sister. Miss Harris showed me a photo of you with a tooth missing, did the tooth fairy visit?
ReplyDeleteI love your castle Jordynn and that you are being such an awesome role model for your sister. She will be enjoying having you at home to play with and learn from and with. I'm so excited you got to have McD's, was there a big line? Nice job ordering your toys in height.
