It is Miss Waho and Te Rōpū Whakamanawa. Your new sandpit is fantastic. I did not realise that it was going to be so big. It was sad on the first day that some of my kids were annoying other people. One day, I will take them out for some sand pit time.

  2. Kia ora,
It's Room 1 from HPS here. We love your new sandpit! It looks double in size compared to our one. Have you tried to see how many students you can fit into it at once?

  3. Hey team, It is great to see you enjoying being outside! The sandpit has been very popular, you all deserve it! I love HPS's question about how many students you can fit in it, have you tried yet?

  4. Hello,
We love your sandpit! We have a sandpit too, but your sandpit is huge! Our sandpit has a roof out of it, what do you use to cover yours? We hope you get to add more toys to it.

Letter of the Week

This year we are doing phonics in our homerooms. Kiwi class looks at two letters and their matching sounds every week. Weka and Pukeko classes work together on one letter of the week. Each week we have a letter of the week wall where we display all the things we can find that begin with our letter of the week. Last week our letter was H and we had some fun having Harlin Haines wearing a hat on our h wall. Too cute not to share! This week our letter is J so get your thinking caps on Weka and Pukeko classes, what words do you know that start with J?
