Kobe has been busy today again. You might have to come back to school for a holiday Kobe!

Caelin's Adventures!

Caelin has been very adventurous in his bubble. He has made a a volcano, gone for an explore on a big hike in the hills. Check it out below. First Caelin and Alyxis had to create their volcano. Look at how they worked together to get creative with the things they had at home! You can also check out a video below of the explosion.                                  Here is their big hike in the hills. They had a great view of Lyttelton when they got up so high! They saw mummy sheep with their lamb babies, explored volcanic rock, and checked out the army bunkers. What a fun time they had!

Mikayla's Home Learning

Check out Mikayla's home learning here. She has been working hard on her learning as well as having fun baking delicious looking cookies and doing awesome colouring. Well done, Mikayla. So nice to see your work. The cookies look so yummy with the chocolate swirl on the top. Did Cayden make the cookies with you? You did a really great job of colouring in so neatly. I wonder if you were using a special pen.

Kelsea gets creative

Kelsea tried out another recipe which she loved. It's called Yoyo Froyo Pop. She did a maze and also drew a cute version of a candy and birthday cake. Yoyo Froyo Pops look like a great way to cool down on a hot day!

Cookies from the bubble!

Today Miss Corry brought in some baking supplies and we made chocolate chip cookies. Everyone thought they were really yummy! They were so yummy they were gone super quickly so I didn't get a photo of them all :-) Check it out below.

Carter's Journal

Carter has been working hard at home. Today he listened to the Gingerbread Man story and answered the questions. Carter has also started a journal and wrote in a new entry about going to the creek. In the video you can see how quickly he writes this and how well he keeps his writing in the lines, tino pai Carter!

Kobe's Monday Week 3

Kobe has been super busy today completing work from our site. He enjoyed listening to the fractured fairy tale then explaining whether he is team pig or team wolf. If you don't know the story you should check it out.

Isabella's Fun Monday

Isabella had a fun day in her bubble today. Check out what she has been up to...

Kelsea's Home Learning

Kelsea has been busy completing some art at home. She also sent through the recipe for the microwave cookie. Yummy!

Aroha's Fun Busy Monday!

It is pleasing to see Aroha keep working hard at home. She worked on words, inferencing reading strategy, and creating her dinner menu (for Christmas?). Luckily it wasn't just all the work she did. She had fun blowing humongous bubbles. Aroha, I bet you had great fun making such a huge bubble. I wonder how many bubbles you made altogether. Did they move high up into the sky?

Roya's Fabulous Flower!

Look at the beautiful flower Roya drew for the festival of flowers. Roya always creates amazing art pieces and this is no exception. You are a wonderful artist Roya!

Mei's Fabulous Friday Learning!

Mei started her day by working on Maths. She then went outside and rode her rollerskate for most of the morning, enjoying the sunny day. After that, she worked on the rhyming words from 'The Snail and the whale' story. Lastly, she made 3 ingredient cookies. Mei, I loved how you worked on your Maths using those wooden pieces. Great to see all your three girls' smiley faces. How many cookies did each one of you have?  Have a lovely weekend!

Check out Aroha's home learning work!

Aroha continuously has been busy working on her home learning pack. She has worked on her maths, learning to skip count, saying before and after numbers and time. She has also worked on her writing and spelling. You are working very hard, Aroha! I always enjoy reading your story. I am happy that you plan to spend Christmas in Kaikoura, where you plan to watch Dolphins and Killer whales. It will be a great place to spend the Christmas holiday!

Manith's Home Learning

Manith has been hard at work in his bubble with handwriting, reading, and heaps of maths. Go Manith!

Kobe's Friday Home Learning

It's been another busy day of learning in the Tait house. Kobe completed a word search, maths activities, Father's Day craft, and made a mug cake. Kobe also did some model making with his dad which is very fiddly and needed a lot of concentration. I bet you need a rest this weekend Kobe:)

Caelin keeps working hard!

Caelin has been busy again doing his writing look at his amazing work. I love how hard you are working at home. What fantastic writing you are doing. As well as some amazing building! Look at this amazing building and then a family dance party. Your bubble definitely looks like lots of fun!
