We have been learning about the Zones of Regulation this year, this has been a great way to describe our emotions and what to do to get back to the Green Zone (happy zone). This week we learnt to express four emotions in te reo. We learnt how to say "How are you?" and "I am ___ ." Four emotion words we learnt are: good - pai, tired - ngēne, thirsty - hiamoe and sad - pōuri.
