Kelsea's Anzac Day

Watch this video of Kelsea and her sister, Shani making their butter following Mrs McAllan's recipe. Their butter looks so good! The photo in the middle shows the poppy art with a cross Kelsea created for commemorating Anzac Day. Kelsea drew a monster after listening to the Boy Who Cried Bigfoot!
yesterday. Kelsea, you have been continuously busy doing lots of fun learning activities. I love seeing what you have been doing. Thanks for sharing and keep up the awesome work!

  1. Hi Kelsea! You have seriously been very busy having fun and creating in your family bubble and thank you for sharing all you're doing. The poppy art for ANZAC day is beautiful! well done. Unfortunately I couldn't download your butter making video ..... but I can imagine that you and Shani would have had heaps of fun sharing the shaking and then you would have shared your butter with Kareem, Mum and Dad!

  4. Hi Kelsea and Shani, it's lovely to see you having fun learning in your bubble. I think it was a good idea to dance while you were making butter. I love all the art you have been doing Kelsea. I'm pleased you enjoyed the story. Did you work out what the moral of the story was?

Letter of the Week

This year we are doing phonics in our homerooms. Kiwi class looks at two letters and their matching sounds every week. Weka and Pukeko classes work together on one letter of the week. Each week we have a letter of the week wall where we display all the things we can find that begin with our letter of the week. Last week our letter was H and we had some fun having Harlin Haines wearing a hat on our h wall. Too cute not to share! This week our letter is J so get your thinking caps on Weka and Pukeko classes, what words do you know that start with J?
