This year we are doing phonics in our homerooms. Kiwi class looks at two letters and their matching sounds every week. Weka and Pukeko classes work together on one letter of the week. Each week we have a letter of the week wall where we display all the things we can find that begin with our letter of the week. Last week our letter was H and we had some fun having Harlin Haines wearing a hat on our h wall. Too cute not to share! This week our letter is J so get your thinking caps on Weka and Pukeko classes, what words do you know that start with J?
Kia ora Milla.
ReplyDeleteIt is Miss Waho here. I love what you have done with the supermarket bags to create these beautiful poppies. I bet they looked beautiful at your letter box.
Hi Milla, your poppies look beautiful. I love the way you recycled supermarket bags to make something amazing. Keep sharing the wonderful work you are doing Milla.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing Milla, it is great to see what you are getting up to at home :-) Your poppy is beautiful and I love how hard you are concentrating on making it. Keep up the awesome work!
ReplyDeleteHi MIlla! So nice to see you creating these lovely looking poppies for the ANZAC celebration. What a great idea using supermarket shopping bags. Clever you!
ReplyDeleteMilla I love these!! They are beautiful and such a nice way to commemorate and remember. Thanks for sharing! I made a little one out of the new world shopping bag and after wearing it at dawn I pinned it to my letterbox for the weekend.
