Carter's fantastic reading skills!

Carter went out for a walk today and was using his reading skills to read the different signs. Tino pai Carter I love that you are using your reading skills in different places!  I wonder if anyone else has spotted some signs they can read on a walk?

    Carter this is a cool activity to do. Did you see any road signs or street signs or was it just road work signs?

    You looked like you had a great time Carter. Did you also notice how all the signs are different shapes and sizes? Christchurch always has lots of road work signs and cones.

    Good work, Carter! Reading skill is really important to us because it helps us keep safe and what to do. We have many signs around us. I wonder how many signs you could see on your walk.

    What a good idea Carter - get fresh air and read at the same time. Maybe next time you could do maths and count the orange cones...we have heaps here in Christchurch!
